What can we do

We offer full custom manufacturing of finished watches. The image shows a corner of our showroom, displaying various watch styles developed for different clients. As these are custom-made projects, detailed viewing is only possible during a visit to our factory.

We design based on your ideas, providing artwork, 3D engineering drawings, and renderings. Hiring professional designers in Europe or North America is often far more expensive, while our team delivers higher efficiency, stronger engineering understanding, and patient, continuous communication.

We manufacture key watch components such as cases, clasps, dials, and case backs. We are not a simple assembly factory — we have invested in CNC machines, polishing, drilling, and cutting equipment, supported by long-term manufacturing partners when required.

We also manufacture and assemble watch-related products, including smart watches and rings.

This is our workshop. Our team assembles watches with skill, care, and strong attention to detail. Communication is open and professional, and every team member takes responsibility for their work to ensure each watch is delivered according to standard — and on time.

This is me — Leo Ho, founder. I have been working in the watch industry for nearly 10 years, and my passion for this work continues to grow. I plan to do this for the rest of my career.
