We manufacture custom NH35 watch dials with applied metal logos, sandwich structures, luminous layers, and high precision finishing for microbrands and OEM projects.
Many factories do not clean brass dials thoroughly during the early production stages. After stamping, CNC machining, or polishing, residual oil, oxidation, or metal particles may remain on the surface.
If the storage environment becomes humid, yellow marks, black spots, or edge oxidation can easily appear. This not only affects the appearance, but also reduces the adhesion performance of plating, painting, and luminous coatings, which may later cause uneven finishing or coating peeling.
Our dial manufacturing process uses strict pre-treatment standards. After CNC machining, stamping, and polishing, the dials undergo ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing treatment, followed by drying and anti-oxidation protection to prevent secondary moisture exposure.
For brass dials, we also control workshop humidity and material turnover time carefully, avoiding long-term open-air storage. Before plating or painting, we additionally perform surface activation inspection to ensure strong and stable coating adhesion.
This allows our customers to receive watch dials with better color consistency, cleaner edges, and improved long-term durability, especially for glossy lacquer finishes, gradient colors, and complex plated surfaces.
