Professional Dial Manufacturing Capability

Some factories do not fully release the internal stress after brass or aluminum stamping, or the annealing process is insufficient. Over time, the dial may slowly deform or warp, causing uneven edges or interference with the watch crystal and hands after assembly.

In our production process, we perform material stress-relief treatment and secondary flattening before final machining. For brass dials especially, the annealing process is adjusted according to dial thickness to improve long-term stability.

After CNC machining and stamping, every dial undergoes flatness inspection to ensure stable installation on movements. For ultra-thin dials or designs with applied indexes, we also reserve precise assembly clearance to reduce fitting risks during final assembly.
