About Watch Production

After the sample is approved, we move into the manufacturing stage. Each component needs to be produced individually, and some parts require multiple elements to be assembled together. For example, the dial needs to have indexes installed, while the watch case requires assembly of the case back, crown, sapphire crystal, bezel, and movement. Finally, the complete watch is assembled, followed by water resistance testing, quality inspection, and shipment.
Watch inspection

Attention to Every Detail

Quality inspection is one of the most important stages in our watch manufacturing process. Our team carefully examines every watch and every component to ensure accuracy, stability, and visual consistency. From structural parts to finishing details, each element is checked thoroughly before moving to the next step.

Incoming Material & Component Inspection

All incoming materials are inspected before entering production. We machine most metal watch components in-house including watch cases, casebacks, crowns, bezels, chapters, bracelets, and buckles. Non-metal components are produced with trusted partners so that all parts can still be coordinated within the same project and production schedule.

Clean Assembly Workshop

We operate a dedicated clean assembly workshop where components are assembled in a controlled environment. Final inspection is performed before packaging and shipment to ensure every watch meets our quality standards before reaching our clients.
