Mirror Polishing

For standard stainless steel cases (304 / 316), we use a multi-stage polishing process: wool wheels or ultra-fine microfiber wheels combined with 0.5–1μm diamond paste for fine polishing, preceded by sisal or cloth wheels with appropriate polishing compounds for rough and medium stages.

For high-end or complex curved cases, we apply ultra-soft sheepskin wheels with 0.25μm diamond paste, often combined with electropolishing as a pre-treatment. This results in a flawless mirror finish with exceptional depth and clarity.

Brushed Finishing

Our brushed finishes are achieved using specialized nylon brushing wheels, abrasive belts, and industrial polishing pads. Coarser textures are established with sanding belts, while finer and more refined patterns are created using nylon wheels or pads.

This process ensures clean, consistent grain lines without discoloration, delivering a premium tactile and visual feel. Whether it’s straight brushing, fine brushing, or snowflake (random) textures, we maintain excellent uniformity. Watch cases, buckles, and bracelets can all be finished with this technique.

Sandblasting (Matte Finish)

Sandblasting is performed using stainless steel or glass beads under high pressure. The result is a smooth, even matte texture with a refined, understated appearance.

This finish helps conceal minor scratches and provides a soft, non-abrasive touch. Both light and deep blasting effects can be precisely controlled, making it a popular choice for high-end designs.

Processes such as sandblasting, anodizing, plating, and chemical etching are carried out in dedicated facilities to ensure proper environmental management. As a result, these finishes may add 2–3 days to the production timeline.

Combined Finishing (Brushed + Polished)

Many premium designs require a combination of brushed and polished surfaces. We precisely control each area—ensuring straight, even brushing where needed, and clean, mirror-polished surfaces elsewhere.

The transition lines are sharp and well-defined, without bleeding or distortion, resulting in a highly refined and premium overall appearance.

Logo Engraving & Marking

For case backs, crowns, and buckles, we offer deep chemical etching to achieve clean, sharp, and dimensional logos or text.

CNC engraving and laser marking are also available, allowing us to balance precision, cost, and production efficiency. We always recommend the most suitable solution based on your design and budget.

Plating & Anodizing

We collaborate with specialized partners for electroplating and anodizing processes. These finishes are executed under strict quality control to ensure consistency, durability, and color accuracy across all components.
