Throughout production, dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.002 mm. Compared to traditional chemical etching, laser processing eliminates chemicals entirely—no burrs, no deformation, and no environmental compliance risk.

Our laser platforms feature five-axis simultaneous control, enabling 360° processing coverage. Flat dials, curved surfaces, and irregular geometries are handled with identical consistency.

For sunburst patterns, line density is configurable from 30–120 lines per inch, allowing precise control over light diffusion and surface character.

Material behavior varies dramatically: a 60-line sunburst on brass produces a warm metallic glow, while an 80-line pattern on titanium delivers a restrained, matte industrial aesthetic.

To enhance brand identity, we offer custom programming that embeds logos, micro-text, or codes directly into the texture— even at widths as fine as 0.1 mm.
