This unique pocket watch immediately caught our attention, and we are highly interested in discussing the design and engineering concepts behind it.

First of all, we would like to clearly state that we do not sell or reproduce this branded watch design. Even though we are capable of manufacturing complex watches and watch components, we always respect original creativity and intellectual property rights. This article is shared only for industry learning and technical discussion purposes.

As a high-end custom watch manufacturer, we would like to analyze this collaboration project from the perspective of watch engineering and manufacturing.

1. Bold and unconventional watch design

The most attractive element for younger watch enthusiasts is undoubtedly the unconventional case shape and visual styling.

Unlike traditional round watches, this design requires multiple irregular molds and highly customized tooling solutions. Developing such molds is expensive and requires repeated engineering validation during production.

2. Bioceramic manufacturing is highly challenging

Only a limited number of factories are capable of properly manufacturing bioceramic watch components.

This material requires experienced engineers, precise temperature control, and specialized structural design knowledge. Achieving consistent finishing quality, dimensional stability, and durability is not easy during mass production.

3. Swiss-made SISTEM51 manual winding movement

The watch uses the new manual winding SISTEM51 movement, which is manufactured entirely in Switzerland rather than China.

The movement itself represents an impressive example of industrial automation and modern Swiss watchmaking efficiency.

4. High precision case structure and finishing

The watch features sapphire crystal, a CNC-machined case structure, and an 8-screw assembly design with high waterproofing requirements.

Surface finishing includes brushing and multiple electroplated color treatments. One of the most impressive details is the harmony between the strap, dial, and case colors, creating a very strong visual identity.

5. Super-LumiNova®️ luminous performance

The hands and hour markers are coated with high-grade Super-LumiNova®️ luminous material, ensuring excellent readability in dark environments.

Consistent luminous application and clean finishing are important details that significantly improve the overall quality perception of the watch.

6. Flexible wearable concept

With three different lanyard lengths, the watch can be worn or displayed in various ways depending on personal style preferences.

This adds an element of fashion versatility and transforms the watch into more than just a timepiece — it becomes a wearable accessory and collectible design object.
